Tommy Flanagan, born on July 3, 1965, is a renowned Scottish actor celebrated for his distinctive features, which include notable facial scars stemming from an unfortunate mugging incident. Hailing from Glasgow, Flanagan is the third of five siblings and began his acting journey with appearances in the television series Screen One in 1992 and Taggart in 1993.
