She embarked on her journey in journalism with a DUT in News-Communication from the Technical University of Grenoble, followed by a master’s degree in Audiovisual Journalism at Échirolles' Institute of Communication and Media.

Theuriau began her career at Match TV in 2002 and quickly gained recognition as a significant presence on La Chaîne Info, later becoming a prominent news anchor and travel show host for LCI and TF1. Beyond her anchoring duties, she has hosted programs such as Un jour, une Photo and Deux, trois jours avec moi on Paris Première, showcasing her versatility in storytelling.

In addition to her broadcasting career, Theuriau co-founded the organization "La Rose" in 2007, collaborating with UNICEF to promote girls' education. Her influence extends to the digital world, where she has become an internet sensation, attracting millions of views. Recognized for her stunning looks, she has received accolades from various publications, including being named the world's most beautiful news reporter by the Daily Express in 2006.
