Catherine Gee, born in July 1967, is a renowned English television presenter and property expert, recognized for her engaging presence on various popular shows. In 2011, she became the host of the ITV daytime series 60 Minute Makeover, a role that solidified her status in the realm of home transformation programming. Before this, she gained widespread acclaim for her tenure on the BBC's Escape to the Country, where she guided viewers through picturesque property relocations. Additionally, she served as the location presenter on the beloved BBC Two panel show Through the Keyhole, initially hosted by Sir David Frost.

Gee’s diverse career trajectory includes stints as a personal chef and an estate agent, before she joined Country Living magazine as an assistant editor in 1995. While overseeing the magazine's events as Head of Shows, she initiated the successful matchmaking campaign The Farmer Wants a Wife, which led to a BAFTA nomination in 2002 for its televised version on Thames TV.

Her transition into television began with Escape to the Country in 2002, and she later took over from Loyd Grossman on Through the Keyhole in 2004. Beyond these roles, she hosted A Place by the Sea on UKTV Style and No Place Like Home? on ITV.
