Kais Setti, born in 1985 in Cologne, is a talented Tunisian-German actor known for his diverse roles in film and television. Hailing from a Tunisian family, Setti began his artistic journey at the Theater School Aachen, where he honed his craft from 2005 to 2008. He furthered his education in acting at the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg, studying under the guidance of notable director Luk Perceval, and graduated in early 2013. During his studies, he immersed himself in classical theater, gaining invaluable experience.

Setti's career took off with his involvement in the acclaimed 2013 documentary trilogy, "What Are You Living For?" which won a Grimme Award and showcased his ability to engage with profound themes. His film debut came in 2009 when he played the role of Otto, a high school student, in a ZDF adaptation of "Spring Awakening," directed by Nuran David Çalış.

He continued to build his filmography with appearances in "Blame It on the Others" (2012), where he portrayed Samir, and in the 2013 film "5 Years of Life," where he took on the role of a prisoner. Throughout his career, Setti has demonstrated a remarkable versatility and commitment to his craft, establishing himself as a prominent figure in the German entertainment industry.
