In a secluded farmhouse nestled at the base of the Jurassic mountains in eastern France, a ten-year-old girl resides. One autumn day, as she makes her way to school through the woods, she catches sight of a hunting fox. The creature quickly darts away, but the encounter ignites a deep longing within her to see the fox once more.
