Hobo Bobo

Little Bobo, the elephant, grows tired of his dull life in the jungle, where he spends his days hauling logs. Dreaming of excitement, he sets his sights on a circus in America. Following the advice of a clever minah bird, Bobo paints himself pink to sneak aboard a ship, as no one can believe their eyes when they see a pink elephant. Upon arrival, a street-cleaner washes away his color, revealing Bobo to the world. Arrested for his unusual appearance, he is sentenced to a life in the circus as a bat "boy," ironically back to hauling logs again.
