Masked Ward

On-call substitute doctor Shugo is thrust into a nightmare when a masked criminal, donning a clown mask, takes him hostage. The intruder insists that Shugo treat a wounded high school girl named Hitomi, while locking down the hospital. Trapped with 64 unfamiliar patients, Shugo must navigate the chaos and find a way to save everyone, including himself.
