Bob Temple, an American producer staging a show in London, is hopelessly in love with his star, Diana—but she won't take his feelings seriously. To prove he's a real romantic prospect, he impulsively picks up Lady Arlington, a neglected wife whose financier husband barely notices her. Over a weekend at her country estate, both Lady Arlington and a friend use Bob as bait to stir jealousy in their husbands—a scheme that backfires when the men get dangerously riled, leaving Bob in the crosshairs of two furious spouses.
