Silent Night (2013)

Assigned as the assistant priest in the quaint Austrian town of Oberndorf, Joseph Mohr brims with innovative ideas to connect the church with the community. His initiative to form a choir, featuring local outcasts and singing in German, clashes with Father Nostler, who threatens disciplinary action. Tensions escalate when Maria, a tavern regular, unexpectedly joins the choir. As Mohr's efforts unravel, he confronts a crisis of faith.
