Kurt Sloan, still haunted by his past in Thailand, has sworn off returning after the harrowing events of "Kickboxer: Vengeance." However, while preparing for a major MMA title match, he is abducted and wakes up in a prison in Thailand. The captors want him to battle the formidable Mongkut, a 6'8", 400-pound fighter, offering two million dollars and his freedom as the prize. Initially resistant, Kurt soon finds a bounty placed on his head, forcing him to train intensely with unexpected allies for a showdown that could reclaim his life and liberty.
