Shinra Kusakabe, nicknamed Devil's Footprints for his ability to ignite his feet, joins Special Fire Force Company 8, a team of flame manipulators. As they battle these fiery foes, Shinra delves into the mystery surrounding a devastating fire that claimed his family's lives a dozen years earlier.
