In California, an elderly man mourns his deceased wife, only to meet his own demise the following day. Meanwhile, alien soldiers Eros and Tanna deploy a device to bring both the man and his murdered companion, Inspector Clay, back to life. Rather than seeking to conquer Earth, their mission is to thwart humanity's advancement of a dangerous bomb known as “Solobonite,” which poses a universal threat. As UFOs appear over Hollywood and Washington DC, a group comprising a colonel, a police lieutenant, a pilot, his spouse, and a cop band together to confront the extraterrestrial invaders.
