Monica and Chandler opt to host a spooky Halloween bash, excited for a night of costumes and fun. In the meantime, Phoebe unexpectedly encounters her twin sister Ursula, who is in the midst of wedding plans. As a gesture of goodwill, Phoebe invites Ursula and her fiancé to join the festivities. Upon their arrival, Phoebe is immediately drawn to Ursula's fiancé, but her enthusiasm quickly fades when she realizes he is completely unaware of the genuine Ursula's true nature.
