Navid notices that Pete 'the Jakey', Craiglang's equivalent of Barney Gumball, has been looking a bit rough lately. It appears he’s been rummaging through the shopkeeper's trash for meals. Is that really a giant rat he’s become, or has Pete sunk to even lower levels of scruffiness? However, he soon appears at The Clansman, freshly shaven and sporting a brand new suit. Has there been a death, or is Pete unexpectedly entangled in some covert government dealings?
