S01E07 Jobs for the Boys

Jim appears on air to champion the Solihull initiative, a collaboration between the government, unions, and private sector, which he has taken over from the previous government. Unbeknownst to him, the project is teetering on the edge of financial collapse. Meanwhile, Sir Humphrey devises a plan to salvage the venture by proposing a quango to the bank's director in hopes of securing the necessary funds.
