Meanwhile, Carlotta pushes Rudy to improve his condition and protect Vinnie from being caught in the crossfire of the looming mob conflict. The OCB takes action by shutting down the explosives factory located in Chinatown. In a shocking turn of events, Gina Grosset eliminates Chin.
