The episode begins with a flashback where Loonette and Molly are restless and unable to sleep. They sneak around their home in the darkness until Loonette shares a story about the enchanting journey of a Sleep Train. The following morning, Loonette is surprised to find Major Bedhead dozing off while he's supposed to be working.
