S03E10 All Choked Up

In ancient Greece, Sydney is seized by enigmatic figures who fasten a necklace around her neck. The following day, influenced by Carson Inez, she announces an indefinite leave and sets off for Greece with Inez. Both Karen and Nigel are taken aback, and Nigel quickly discovers that the amulet possesses mind-controlling abilities. He travels to Greece, where he learns that Sydney is willingly aiding Carson in the search for Athena's tomb. Despite his attempts to reach her, Sydney remains entranced. Captured himself, Nigel is forced to assist the two women but eventually escapes. As Carson and Sydney pursue the statue, Sydney begins to sense something is wrong and, in brief moments of clarity, manages to inscribe the incantation that binds the necklace's wearer. Tasked with eliminating Nigel, she cleverly delivers it to him, allowing him to free her. Together, they subdue Carson and evade her henchmen by placing her under the necklace's influence.
