S03E08 Scoop's In Charge

After attending a lunch at the town hall, Bob and Wendy leave Scoop responsible for completing the Mayor's garage. However, when Mr. Bentley shows up to review the work, Scoop becomes overly confident and inadvertently crushes Mr. Bentley's gold watch! In the meantime, the Mayor surprises Bob by gifting him a gold watch of his own.
