S03E14 Spin Cycle; Breakfast of Champions; Stilt Walking

For the first stunt, "Spin Cycle," contestants must scale a rope ladder attached to a rotating girder and traverse a set of monkey bars from one side to the other. Upon reaching the end, they’ll drop a flag and plunge into the water below. As the challenge progresses, the girder speeds up. The two fastest men and women, or those who manage to go the farthest before falling, will move on to the next round, while the rest will be eliminated. In the second stunt, "Breakfast of Champions," contestants will face the challenge of eating balut eggs, brined silkworm moth cocoons, and liquefied pig liver. They’ll use a slingshot to hit numbered milk bottles, which will determine how much of each item they need to consume. Those who finish their portions within the time limit will advance to the finals. Finally, in the third stunt, "Stilt Walking," contestants must navigate a narrow catwalk that stretches 60 feet long
