S01E05 Who Knows, Maybe I'll See You in the Future

In 2022, the House of Paz's foreclosure request heads to court. Following Cecília's testimony, Luíza and Gui attempt to prevent her from accessing Paz's bank accounts, suspecting she's betrayed the family business. Meanwhile, in 1922, Paz discovers Bertha's secret—she, too, is from the future. Before making her escape, Bertha entrusts Anika with a box and cautions Paz about Maurício.
