Fenton, as Gizmoduck, travels to St. Canard in pursuit of Steelbeak. Meanwhile, F.O.W.L. operatives catch wind of his arrival and set up Darkwing by making it appear as though he’s the villain. This misunderstanding leads to a confrontation between Gizmoduck and Darkwing, while Steelbeak is busy attempting to swipe a highly classified weapon.
