However, Joanie is caught off guard when Ritchie arrives with an unexpected companion—his much younger new wife, Kris. In a separate storyline, Syd extends an invitation to Kyle to stay in the guest house as he begins his chemotherapy journey, hoping to support him through this challenging time.
