S03E02 Jacob

A family is once again shattered by addiction. Jacob's mother, once a drug user and dealer, is determined to leave her past behind. She urgently implores her son to break free from his current cycle of alcohol and prescription drug abuse. Aware that his addiction could lead to his demise, she fears for his life. Jacob, a violent drunk, poses a danger to himself and others, often driving while intoxicated. After multiple ER visits, he recently needed to be revived after overdosing on alcohol and pills. With his severe dependence on alcohol, can his mother and family successfully stage an intervention to save him?
