George Loomis, a psychiatric worker, is intent on driving fellow Vietnam veteran Ted Frazer to madness in order to conceal his own dark secret of having slaughtered his platoon during a mission. To achieve this, Loomis abducts young boys and administers drugs to Frazer, framing him as the unstable one responsible for the horrific event. It’s up to McGarrett and his team to untangle this deceitful plot and exonerate Frazer, uncovering the truth behind Loomis's sinister actions.
