S01E01 Heraklion Operation

In June 1942, the Heraklion Operation took place as Major Georges Bergé and his unit landed on Crete. Their mission was to target Luftwaffe aircraft at the Heraklion airfield. They successfully annihilated around 20 Ju 88 bombers, but while they managed to leave the airfield, their withdrawal was compromised, leading to a betrayal.
