Mr. Mooney enlists Lucy to promote a new toaster giveaway for anyone who opens a savings account. In an effort to boost business, Lucy persuades her friends to withdraw their savings and then redeposit the same money as new accounts. This scheme inadvertently sparks a rumor that the bank is on the verge of collapse!
