S08E02 Transplant

An unexpected visitor presents House with an irresistible proposition: he can assist the Princeton Plainsboro team in treating a rare patient to save the life of an organ recipient under Wilson’s care. While House is back in familiar territory, he soon realizes that things have changed significantly since his departure and must collaborate with the intelligent but shy Dr. Chi Park. After several unsuccessful treatments and with time ticking away, House and Dr. Park consider a final approach that involves digging into the patient’s medical history, potentially jeopardizing House’s conditional standing with the hospital. Meanwhile, House attempts to mend his friendship with Wilson, who remains distant.
