S17E02 Bao Buns

In the second week, the candidates gather at Hutong in The Shard, Central London. Lord Sugar announces that they will be producing savoury bao buns to sell to the public, along with a custom sweet bun for a corporate client. The team that achieves the highest total profit will be declared the winner. One team takes a risky approach with a Jurassic-themed bun, resulting in chaos in the kitchen, while the other team faces a shortage due to a calculation error. Back in the boardroom, one unfortunate member from the losing team is dismissed.
