S02E02 La Stanza

At La Stanza in Philadelphia, Robert discovers a charming Italian eatery that's being mismanaged by the owner's inexperienced daughter, 24-year-old Lucia. Lacking any restaurant know-how, Lucia is driving the once-inviting space into decline with its gloomy atmosphere reminiscent of a funeral home. Robert takes on the daunting task of mentoring her, covering everything from restaurant management to revamping the menu, brightening the décor, and promoting the restaurant on live television. With numerous challenges ahead and a design that may be too ambitious to complete, this mission could turn out to be... nearly impossible.
