When Marshall's birthday rolls around, he finds himself disenchanted with everything and decides to put the house on the market, planning to relocate the whole family to Mango Island. Initially, everyone supports his decision, but their enthusiasm wanes when a potential couple arrives to tour the house, making them realize just how determined Marshall is to go through with the move.
