A child is saved from a car that was locked from the inside. A pregnant teenager struggles with her breathing. At Rampart, a skilled medical imposter makes an appearance. In a tense situation, a construction worker becomes trapped when a section of the building collapses, urgently requesting Roy to amputate his leg before more of the structure gives way.
