When an unanticipated visitor from the future, Nora West-Allen, shows up at their doorstep, Barry and Iris find themselves faced with the challenge of returning her to her time without causing further chaos in the timeline. As Team Flash bands together to help Nora, they also have to contend with a new villainous meta threatening their city. Balancing the urgency of sending Nora home and battling the new menace, they must act quickly to restore order.
