After experiencing the pain of a fractured family, Lulu promised herself that her marriage would endure. She diligently fulfills her wifely responsibilities, but when she learns she is infertile, her insecurities surface. Even with Arnel's unwavering love, Lulu suspects him of cheating, including with her close friend Emma. This turmoil ultimately pushes them apart. Years later, when Lulu comes back, she must confront the fallout from her choices and painfully reflect on the vow she once made that has now been shattered.
