When a prison transport vehicle crashes, Hondo and his team set out to recapture three escaped female inmates, one of whom is a notorious serial killer poised to strike again. Meanwhile, with Annie back in the office, Deacon finds it challenging to juggle his professional and personal responsibilities. At the same time, Luca takes on the task of helping Kelly learn how to drive, adding to the chaos of their day.
