Sam discovers a tanagella shell, which Tito claims is an ancient Hawaiian charm for good fortune. The kids soon realize its power when Sammy's surfing skills improve dramatically, and Twister aces his spelling test. However, when Otto inadvertently misplaces the shell, the group worries that it might jeopardize Reggie’s chances in her upcoming surf competition.
