S01E04 The Big Cheese

Gareth is hard at work fine-tuning his salmon mousse in anticipation of a visit from renowned chef Albert Roux at Le Chateau Anglais. Meanwhile, he’s on a quest to find unpasteurized stilton cheese. His investigation takes an unexpected turn when he runs into the local police, discovering that the farm he sourced the cheese from is also cultivating marijuana and supplying it to a staff member at Le Chateau. Initially, Gareth thinks Everton is behind the operation, only to realize he’s mistaken in his assumption.
