After a string of bomb explosions at power plants, Dr. Sam Waters and her task force head to Pittsburgh, where she encounters a charismatic bomb squad technician, played by A. Martinez. The two hit it off, sparking a flirtatious connection. However, they must keep their attention on a disturbed individual, portrayed by Ron LaBelle, who has an unhealthy obsession with cleanliness. He plans a devastating explosion that could contaminate the city's water supply within hours. Robert Davi also stars in this gripping episode.
