Pati embarks on an exciting adventure into the vibrant world of ranching and rodeo in Chihuahua. She learns the ropes of roping and riding from rodeo star Ricardo “Bubba” Nevárez and his companions, who later invite her to a carne asada after their practice. Additionally, Pati has the chance to meet Álvaro Bustillos, the region's leading cattle rancher, at his Rancho El Arroyo, where she enjoys a feast of traditional cowboy dishes prepared by the ranch's cook.
