During the highly anticipated rivalry week between State U. and Techerson Tech, Nitz and Gimpy engage in a fierce trivia competition, fueled by Mump's jealousy. Meanwhile, Rocko, eager for his school to have its own rival, takes matters into his own hands by targeting State U.'s manatee mascot, who is none other than Cal. His antics escalate as he seeks to establish a new rivalry, adding chaos to the already competitive atmosphere of the week.
