The Simpsons attend a thrilling Monster truck rally showcasing the renowned daredevil Lance Murdock. Bart is instantly captivated and declares his desire to become a daredevil himself. However, his inaugural stunt results in an injury. Undeterred, he vows to his friends that he will perform an even more spectacular stunt: leaping over Springfield Gorge.
