A valuable gold statue arrives at the mansion, drawing the attention of some revolutionaries who want to steal it. In a clever move, they swap the original statue with a counterfeit. Once the owners discover the deception, they scramble to recover the genuine piece. Their plan culminates in a surprising twist as they decide to conceal the statue in a bowl of punch to keep it safe from their pursuers.
