After Oliver and his father went missing, Moira and Thea stopped celebrating Christmas altogether. Wanting to restore a sense of normalcy to the Queen family, Oliver decides to host a Christmas party. Meanwhile, Tommy invites Laurel to spend the holiday with him, but she reminds him that it’s also the birthday of her late sister, Sara, and she feels she needs to be there for her father. Tommy believes that changing traditions could help everyone heal, but Laurel doubts her father is ready for that shift. Additionally, Diggle informs Oliver that someone is targeting individuals on his father's list with arrows, prompting Oliver to confront a formidable new enemy.
