Galvatron uncovers the recent events and seeks out the Quintessons. Meanwhile, Rodimus is on a quest for knowledge, delving into the troubled past shared between the Quintessons and the Transformers. He learns that the Quintessons were responsible for the creation of the Transformers, who eventually revolted against their creators. Now, the Quintessons are driven by a desire for vengeance against those they once fashioned.
